My client is a Western Australian owned and family operated Solar Pumping Solutions company selling their products to agricultural wholesalers across Australia. They currently operate in WA, SA and are expanding their sales now into VIC & NSW.
The Role:
We are recruiting a Social Media Marketing & Sales Administrator based in Maddington to look after the company’s social media and marketing content, along with administration duties, order processing and data entry. No Cold Calling, this is purely to process leads generated from the marketing campaigns and social media enquiries.
This opportunity will suit anyone who is highly motivated and has a strong sense of teamwork. The ideal candidate will come from a marketing or advertising background, comfortable using social platforms, TikTok, Insta, FB & YouTube to create and content and sell the companies products.
This position can either full time Monday to Friday or 4 days per week out of the Maddington offices.
Key Responsibilities
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with full working rights
- This position will be 60% marketing and social media content management and 40% internal sales administration, order processing onto the CRM
- Create and schedule engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube and other socials. Using drones, and tech equipment to capture video content
- Content creation, including writing captions, sourcing visuals, and editing short videos, creating video media
- Able to work on your own initiative with the support of the business owner, self-motivated and a go getter.
- Managing marketing budgets $150k +, planning the content and distribution of content
- Talking to potential customers, taking order and processing them into the CRM, data entry
- This is a medium sized business, with big plans to take the company forward, you will play a key role in establishing the vision and making their products standout in the crowd
