We are on the lookout for 3 x Electrical Supervisors to work across the Pilbara on a FIFO/DIDO basis or Residential **Port Hedland or Karratha**
You will be part of a very successful team that has grown rapidly over the last 24 months. This is a family run business that truly believe in a flexible roster option for their employees, you choose the roster that suits your needs from 3/1, 2/1, 2/2 or a nice 7/7 if you are residential in Port Hedland or Karratha, the choice is yours.
These are fulltime permanent positions working across mining and heavy industry maintenance, construction, repair and installation projects across the Pilbara region.
You can be based in any capital city across Australia, FIFO to Perth then onto site.
Job Description:
- WA A-Grade Electrical Licence essential along with LVR/CPR First Aid
- Experience leading, teaching and mentoring small teams, be well organised with the ability to communicate across key stakeholders and clients
- Ensure electrical compliance requirements of the legislation applicable to your area of responsibility
- Plan daily work and complete daily inspections of all work areas and regular on the job interactions with the team to develop a safe and efficient work culture
- Update documentation as required including planning tools, weekly report, work breakdown reports, site quality documentation and incident reports
- Identify risks, OHS issues by completing final audits and checks before testing and commissioning
- Hands on experience within heavy industry electrical work, both installation and maintenance. Fault find, plan and repair electrical issues to client specifications
- Follow and implement safety procedures in accordance with site requirements and our client’s safety-first protocols
- Ideally have S26 or S44 tickets for supervising
