About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Civil & Mechanical Supervisor to join the team on a major infrastructure project commencing in August 2026.

Working as part of an experienced project team, you will supervise the delivery of mechanical installation and associated civil construction works, ensuring activities are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

This is a permanent opportunity with an established contractor, offering long-term career security and the opportunity to transition onto future FIFO, DIDO or regional WA projects upon completion.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day mechanical and associated civil construction activities on site.
  • Lead, coordinate and support site-based trades, labour and subcontractors.
  • Plan daily work fronts, allocate resources and monitor project progress.
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with company and site procedures.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and the wider project team to deliver project milestones.
  • Ensure works are completed to the required quality standards and project specifications.
  • Identify and resolve day-to-day site issues to keep works progressing efficiently.
  • Mentor and support site personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

About you, as a minimum:

  • Previous experience supervising mechanical and civil construction projects.
  • Strong background delivering industrial, utilities, mining or infrastructure projects.
  • Proven ability to lead crews and subcontractors while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Current Australian driver’s licence and the ability to work FIFO.
  • Must be flexible as you will be expected to cover FIFO projects and residential projects.
