About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Payroll Officer to join the team in their Subiaco office, with an immediate start available.
The Payroll Officer will be a part of the finance team and take ownership of the company’s payroll function. This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while working closely with the wider business in a supportive, team-focused environment.
This opportunity can be offered on either a permanent or temp-to-perm basis. Full-time is preferred, however the company is also open to considering an experienced payroll professional looking for a part-time arrangement of 3-4 days per week or reduced hours across five days.
About you, as a minimum:
- Previous end-to-end payroll experience within an Australian business.
- Experience processing 100+ weekly payrolls and interpreting modern awards.
- MYOB experience highly desirable, however other payroll systems will also be considered.
- High level of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail.
- Able to work independently whilst being a collaborative member of the wider finance team.

- Permanent salary of $90,000 – $100,000 + Super, or $45 – $50 per hour on a temp-to-perm basis.
