About the role:
We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to lead the successful delivery of major water infrastructure projects across Western Australia.
Initially based on a FIFO 15:6 roster in the North West region, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all onsite construction activities, leading multidisciplinary teams, managing subcontractors and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to the highest quality standards. As the project progresses, the role will transition into a more Perth-based position, supporting the delivery of future projects across the business.
About you, as a minimum:
- Have experience delivering major civil, water construction, or infrastructure construction projects.
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager, Senior Project Manager or similar leadership position.
- Proven ability to lead large site teams and manage multiple subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction planning, programming and project delivery.
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A strong commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
- Experience delivering water infrastructure, treatment plants, pumping stations or similar projects would be highly regarded.
- Current Australian C Class Driver’s Licence.
- Full Australian working rights.
