We are on the lookout for a Field Service Manager to work on various projects across WA. This role is Perth based, with site visits with the clients where required.
You will be part of a very successful team that has grown rapidly over the last 12 months working to provide high quality electrical services across WA and South Australia.
This is a fulltime permanent position.
Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience delivering E&I works as a Service Manager or Field Service including process and controls.
- Nominee (WAE200) highly regarded but not essential.
- A good understanding of budgets, commercial contracts and cost tracking.
- Solid management experience working with teams to deliver services and projects between $10k – $150k.
- Highly knowledgeable in electrical standards and regulatory procedures
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and software
- Excellent client-facing communication abilities combined with strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Managing the delivery of infrastructure projects, overseeing project controls, scope definitions, risk management, cost control and key documentation.
- Provide leadership to the service teams ensuring a positive work culture. Allocate competency development, performance management and mentoring
- Support the creation of scalable service frameworks that drive sustainable growth and enable expansion into larger project initiatives
Minimum Requirements:
- White Card
- A-Grade Electrical License
- Instrumentation / EEHA preferred
- C-Class Driver’s License
- National Police clearance and ability to pass pre-employment medical
- Full Australian working rights.
