My client operates in the Solar and Renewable Energy space, providing services to the commercial and residential construction industries. They have been trading in WA market for over 20 years.

About the role:

We are looking for Trainee Installation Coordinator to work out of their offices and workshop in Kenwick.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the installers who work onsite. Duties across the workshop, checking in stock, inputting parts into the database, following up orders, speaking to customers and suppliers. If you have experience in the Solar or Renewable energy space, specifically EnergySafety Notices that would be highly advantageous, however training can be given on this.

**You must have full working rights in Australia as this is a temp to permanent position**

About you, as a minimum:

  • Ideally you will have worked in a construction environment before, and be comfortable working around electrical equipment, parts and trades people.
  • Previous experience within administration, ideally using CRM’s like Pronto or SAP, data entry and invoicing systems like Xero, comfortable on the phone and dealing with clients face to face
  • Be well organised, with the ability to multitask, coordinate solar installs, liaising between the customers and the tradies carrying out the installs
  • Be self-motivated and have proven problem solving skills, not afraid to get stuck in regardless of the tasks required, solid all-rounder
  • Be able to work as part of a team and follow instructions, but also take the initiative when required
  • Strong safety focus and a desire to enhance the site safety environment and culture
  • Must have full WA Driving Licence, you may be required to drive company Ute
