The Opportunity:
Our client is an Australian owned family run business that operates across Perth Metro area from Yanchep to Mandurah.
We are seeking experienced Civil Project Managers to work across multiple civil Land Development & Subdivision projects throughout the Perth Metro area.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring civil infrastructure projects for land development, subdivisions and roads are delivered on time and within scope. You will manage multiple projects across the Perth Metro area ranging from $5m to $30m in value.
You must be either and Australia Citizen, or Permanent Resident of Australia to be considered for this position, we are not offering sponsorship!
The Requirements:
- 5 + years within a Civil Project Management positions, working bulk earthworks, land development, subdivisions, drainage, culverts and trenching and have exposure to MRWA projects
- Strong management skills and the ability to build successful teams, manage staff, make decisions to keep the projects moving but also safe
- Your direct reports will be, Site Supervisors, Site Engineers, Site QS and Contracts Admin
- Accountable for delivery performance against program and budget baselines, and ensure site activities are aligned to client expectations, specifications, and internal governance
- Drive site safety, and ensure all employees on site understand the company safety procedures
- Lead stakeholder meetings, updating on project timelines, issues, delays, and sub-contractor performance to ensure projects align with client demands
- Foster a culture of respect across the business
